Love is real to teenagers. Research indicates that teenagers are looking for guidance and need reliable information on self-love, relational communication, and sexual health, if they are going to have joyful romantic lives.  With Love Class® for Parents, I'm guiding you on how you're going to be able to provide that information and inspire meaningful communication with your teen.

With nearly twenty years of academic research and teaching experience in the fields of sexual health education, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a warm, relevant approach to lessons on everything from boundary-setting, to breakups, to how to find credible information and meaningful support related to sexual health issues. 

Inside Love Class®, parents learn how to:

1. Provide a practical baseline of sexual health information, relational communication strategies, and boundary-setting skills.
2. Encourage critical thinking on topics related to relationships, love, and sexual wellbeing, especially media’s influence on shaping attitudes.
3. Inspire students to ask for guidance and help from knowledgeable adults. 
4.  Get their messages across with greater comfort and impact with the help of prompts in a parent workbook.

Love Class® for Teenagers helps teens understand love, communication, consent, and sexual health with warmth and clarity.

Informed by over twenty years of classroom experience and work with leading researchers specializing in young people’s romantic relationships, Love Class® takes the same logical, evidence-based approach students encounter in every other subject and applies it to one of the most important topics of all—love.

Inside Love Class®, teens learn how to:

• Make healthy, informed decisions about relationships and sexual activity
• Communicate clearly and set boundaries with confidence
• Navigate digital-age dynamics, peer pressure, and heartbreak
• Recognize consent and protect their physical and emotional wellbeing

Every lesson combines research-based knowledge with real-world examples and respect for diverse identities and values.

Love Class® for Teenagers can only be purchased as part of a bundle with the Love Class® for Parents course in order to support shared conversations at home.

Middle school is when it all begins. Curiosity about love, relationships, and sexuality grows quickly during these years, and so does access to mixed, misleading, and incomplete information from peers, media, and even pornography.

Love Class® for Middle School gives early teens the clarity and accurate foundation they need to understand love, relationships, and sexual health before misinformation takes root.

Inside Love Class®, middle school students learn how to:

• Communicate and set boundaries with confidence
• Recognize healthy versus unhealthy relationship dynamics
• Understand the basics of consent
• Navigate digital-age friendships and online behavior
• Find credible information and trusted adults for support
• Every lesson has been crafted with respect for the diversity of values, identities, and experiences that students bring with them.
